A structured, coach-reviewed life-skills program built on the SAMHSA 8 Dimensions of Wellness framework. Participants who complete their program track receive a verifiable completion certificate with a unique access code.

Question 2

What program tracks are available?

Accepted Answer

Six tracks: the Full 8-Dimension certificate, a shorter Mini certificate, Theft Awareness, Anger Management, Substance Use Education, and Financial Literacy & Stability — including tracks commonly used to meet court-ordered program requirements. Each track is self-paced and coach-reviewed.

Question 3

How much does coaching cost?

Accepted Answer

Coaching operates on a sliding scale from $0 (community support) to $150 (professional mentoring), so cost is never a barrier. We also offer $19 self-guided wellness courses for each of the 8 dimensions for those who prefer a self-paced experience.

Question 4

Who are these programs for?

Accepted Answer

Our programs serve returning citizens navigating reentry, people in recovery, and foster youth transitioning into adulthood — as well as anyone seeking structured life-skills development across the emotional, physical, social, financial, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and environmental dimensions of wellness.

Question 5

Can I verify a completion certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each certificate carries a unique access code. Participants, courts, probation officers, and other authorities can verify completion through our public certificate verification page.
