Hours & Modules
A self-paced curriculum covering all 8 SAMHSA wellness dimensions: emotional, physical, social, financial, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and environmental. Each module combines short readings, reflection exercises, and a coach-reviewed response.
Fully self-paced, online, and mobile-friendly. Most participants complete the program in a few focused sittings, and it is designed to fit around work, school, and family obligations. Your certificate records the actual time you spend in the program.
